My Hamper

There are several status that you can see on your hamper submission profile:

• The pending status is an automatic status that is given to your request. It means that your hamper has not been made yet but your submission has been processed and we have received it. If your status is still pending on your pickup day, please come to our office at your scheduled time.

• The pending cold items status means that your hamper is ready to be picked up at your scheduled time and date. This does not mean that you can show up a day earlier for your hamper.

• The completed status means that you have picked up your hamper. If you have two completed hampers for the current month, your account will automatically be locked until the following month.
