The Unified Support Centre (USC) is a volunteer-based space consisting of the Food Centre service cluster, providing on-campus food support and advocacy, and the Foot Patrol service cluster, offering evening-focused safety related supports. The USC strives to offer direct, timely, and substantive support to the Carleton community.
All volunteers are required to obtain a Police Record Check in the Vulnerable Sector (Level 3), submit proof of vaccination against COVID-19, and attend a USC training session prior to their first shift. We reimburse applicants for the $20 police record check cost!
We look forward to supporting you through the application process! After you submit the form, Laura, the USC Volunteer Coordinator, will reach out to schedule a quick meeting to answer any questions you might have.
